Shoshana Schiff is a partner with the law firm McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC, in Roseland, New Jersey.  She practices in the areas of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, commercial litigation and redevelopment law.

Shoshana graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998.  While at the law school, Shoshana was a member of the Legislative Journal. She also served as Co-Chairperson and Speaker's Bureau Coordinator of the Women's Law Forum, Senator in the Student Bar Association, Member of the Mentor Program, Student Coordinator of the Sandra Day O'Connor Medal of Honor Ceremony, Student Chairperson for the Kids in Business Auction, Student Representative for the Pro Bono A.I.D.S. initiative, and the Student Coordinator for Convention '96: Women Lawyers of New Jersey. At graduation, she received the Mary Franzese Humanitarian Award.  After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable Robert Feldman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, Monmouth County, Freehold, New Jersey.

Shoshana is an active member of the Essex County Bar Association and installed as president of the Association in 2022. She has been the Chair of the Debtor/Creditor section for many years. In 2007, she received the Young Lawyer's Achievement Award. She has served as the: Law Day Chair (2006-2008); Bar Goes Local Breakfast Chair for Maplewood, South Orange and Irvington (2000-Present); Membership Chair of the Young Lawyers' Section; and member of the Long Range Planning Committee. Shoshana is also a member of the Lawyer’s Advisory Committee for the District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Lawyer’s Advisory Committee for the Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.  Shoshana is currently on the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit dedicated to providing legal assistance to low-income women who are victims of domestic violence. She has chaired the organization's Spring Benefit and serves on both the fundraising and governance committees for the organization. Shoshana served two terms as the co-chair of the New Jersey Chapter of IWIRC (International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation) and remains an active board advisor and network member. In 2019, Shoshana received the IWIRC-NJ Woman of the Year Award. Shoshana has also worked with several non-profit organizations and the West Orange Chamber of Commerce. Shoshana was both a student and a barrister in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court and a student in the Hayden Proctor Inn of Court.

Shoshana has also been an active member of the Seton Hall University School of Law Alumni Council since 1999.  She served as the Chair of the Young Alumni Council and also as the Reunion Chair for her 10 year reunion in 2008 and 20 year reunion in 2018. In 2016, Shoshana received the inaugural Exemplary Service Award from the law school.

Prior to attending law school, Shoshana received a B.A. in Government from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA and a double major in Philosophy and Jewish Studies. Some of her honors at Lehigh included Dean's List, Sorority Woman of the Year 1995, Elected President-Panhellenic Council, Student Life Leadership Award, 2015 Lehigh University Alumni of the Year Award "Class of 1995" and Class of 1904 Award. She was actively involved in the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. In 1993, she studied abroad at the University of Tel Aviv, Israel, and in 1994, volunteered in the Israeli Army. In 2015, she was award the Lehigh Alumni of the Year Award for the Class of 1995.

Shoshana lives in Montville, New Jersey with her husband, Warren, and their two children.
