Rachel Mongiello is a Member at Cole Schotz P.C. and practices in the firm's Litigation Group. Previously, Rachel practiced as a litigation associate with two firms in the greater New York City area. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Mary L. Cooper of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Barry T. Albin of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Providence College in 2007 and received her J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. During law school, Rachel served on the Seton Hall Law Review as an Articles Editor and on the Moot Court Board. She won both the 2008 Ronald J. Riccio First-Year Moot Court Competition and the 2010 National Juvenile Moot Court Competition. Rachel also participated in Seton Hall's Constitutional Law Clinic, where she assisted clients in raising claims for constitutional violations against government entities.

Rachel and her husband Jeff (Seton Hall class of '11) live in Hoboken, New Jersey.
