He represents companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and insurance industries against single and multi-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and retaliation lawsuits before both state and federal courts and government agencies. He also works closely with in-house counsel, executive officers and directors, and human resources professionals on a wide range of employment and labor law counseling issues.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mike was an Associate in the Employment & Labor Law Practice Group at Gibbons P.C. From 2009 to 2010, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia K. Hochberg, U.S.D.J. and the United States Equal Opportunity Commission ("EEOC").
Mike is actively involved with the New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project ("NJ LEEP") where he serves as mentor and a member of the Young Professionals Board. He currently lives in Madison, NJ and is an avid, but perpetually frustrated, golfer and loyal fan of the Yankees and Giants. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and reminiscing about the 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, and 2009 Yankees World Series victories, but not the 2001 or 2003 World Series. Those never happened.
