The Honorable Frank J. DeAngelis is a judge for the Superior Court of New Jersey and currently sits in the Appellate Division. Frank was a partner at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP and had over twenty years of experience in domestic and international litigation. His experience included first- and third-party coverage and claims defense, multi-layered policy defense of complex property losses, defense of travel agents and tour operators under errors and omissions coverage, and general commercial litigation.

Frank was also an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall from 2001-2013, teaching Legal Research and Writing and New York Practice. He was named Adjunct Professor of the Year for the 2008-09 school year. He is an Emeritus member of Seton Hall Law Alumni Council. Frank was a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District V-A Ethics Committee, serving as the Vice-Chair from 2012-2013 and the Chair from 2013-2016. Frank was also appointed to the Board of Trustees of Partners for Women and Justice, a non-profit organization providing assistance to victims of domestic violence. Frank co-authored New Jersey Insurance Coverage Litigation Treaties: A Practitioner's Guide, published by ICLE.
