Arthur Owens focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business disputes and real estate and construction litigation. Owens also represents clients in ethical and professional liability defense matters. He has experience in complex federal and appellate matters and has successfully represented numerous high-profile clients in nationally publicized cases. Owens has extensive experience in litigation concerning emerging technologies, including e-commerce, online search, internet marketing and blockchain encryption. He has an established background in e-discovery and complex data management issues. Athur has significant experience in federal courts in New Jersey and New York and regularly serves as local counsel for national companies.

Mr. Owens is active in the Essex County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Associations, American Bar Association, Section of Litigation and has lectured and published articles on a variety of topics. He was appointed as a Trustee of the Essex County Bar Association in 2016 and was reappointed in 2019. In 2020 and 2021, he served as the Director of Programming for the ECBA. He is also the Vice-Chair of New Jersey State Bar Association's Federal Practice and Procedure Committee.

Prior to joining Clark Guldin, Arthur was a partner at Lum, Drasco & Positan, LLC, in the litigation department. Upon graduation from law school, he was a law clerk on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, for the Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr., J.A.D.
