for all, forever

Seton Hall has embarked on a comprehensive philanthropic initiative to engage the Seton Hall community with our University and to raise $225 million by the Summer of 2027. With a focused effort that began in 2019 and a public launch in the fall of 2025, this is the largest and most significant campaign goal set in Seton Hall's history - and the first in nearly two decades.

Three overarching campaign priorities serve as the pillars of For All, Forever - each designed to amplify our impact and secure Seton Hall's place among the nation's leading Catholic universities.

Shaped by the entire Seton Hall community - our leaders, faculty, students, alumni and friends - these priorities reflect the programs and projects essential to our growth and lasting success.

For the potential of all students.

For the pride of all alumni.

For the power of our communities.

For the purpose that unites us, inspired by our faith.

FOR ALL, FOREVER

"Now is the time to embrace our mission to provide a quality education, grounded in Catholic faith and values."

When you support the campaign, your impact will reach far beyond our campuses. Your generosity will make a quality education - rooted in faith and guided by God's purposes - accessible to thousands of eager, deserving students. It will enrich the student experience and further strengthen the academic excellence for which we have always been known. And your gift will resonate throughout the world, in the people and communities our graduates ultimately serve, lead, improve and inspire.

"Please join us with your support for all — and know that you are helping to ensure that the impact we make on the world will have a lasting legacy."

We are asking you to reflect on the skills, knowledge, experience and inspiration that Seton Hall has given thousands of students since 1856, and how they have gone forth to share their talents with the world. And then think of the students who are currently here studying and the countless women and men who will arrive here in the years to come.

Then, take action.

"Seton Hall is a place like no other."

When remembering the years I spent here as an undergraduate student, I think of how my mind was opened to new knowledge, new skills, new friends and a new direction for my future. In turn, I feel gratitude for and pride in the resources this University offered me, and that I benefited from tremendously.

I am confident you share with me this sense of pride and gratitude, because it is one of the unifying characteristics of Seton Hall graduates: We are “for all” and “forever.” Everyone in our community is ready and willing to lift each other up when called to do so — and we will always feel that sense of family loyalty.
