Donor Societies
Bayley Society
The Bayley Society honors the founder of Seton Hall, Bishop James Roosevelt Bayley, by recognizing donors who demonstrate annual support at the leadership level. Bayley Society donors bring distinction to the University and fortify the Seton Hall experience for students through annual gifts of $1,000 or more. Undergraduate alumni who graduated within the last 10 years are recognized in the Bayley Society when making an annual gift of $500 or more.
Hazard Zet Forward Society
The Hazard Zet Forward Society recognizes Setonians who have made gifts of any amount for 15 years or more to support any area of the University.
Benjamin Savage Society
The Benjamin Savage Society honors the memory of Benjamin Savage, a South Orange farmer who tended the University’s farmland. From his humble living and kindly nature, Benjamin Savage made Seton Hall’s first planned gift. Today the Society recognizes the foresight and generosity of individuals who have made plans to sustain the mission of the University through a gift from their estate or retirement account.
1856 Student Society
The 1856 Society recognizes the generosity of Pirates who support the University while they are still students. The Society offers these young donors an opportunity to directly enhance the Seton Hall experience for themselves, fellow students and future generations of Setonian.
