Transcript Information

Audit Classes

Diplomas
If you would like information regarding your diploma, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (973) 761-9374. Please note that Seton Hall University diplomas are printed in Latin. If you would like a translation, please contact the Office of the Registrar.

Pirate Mascot Appearances
The Pirate loves making appearances and is available to greet the crowd, make a surprise visit or pose for pictures at weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties and other special functions. New Jersey Pirate Plates
Seton Hall license plates are a great way for the entire Seton Hall community in New Jersey to show off their love for The Hall.

The cost is:

  • $75 per standard plate set (Contains the Pirate logo, followed by the letters "SH" and a four-digit number selected in sequence by the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles.)
  • $125 per custom plate set (The custom option is $125 and allows the selection of three letters and up to five characters to appear to the right of the logo.)

The cost of each set includes a $25 donation to the Alumni Endowed Scholarship Fund which supports legacy students, those whose grandparents, parents or siblings are alumni of Seton Hall.* Request more information »

Weddings and Ceremonies in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception
The Chapel can be reserved by alumni for weddings on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is a fee that includes the use of the Chapel, the organist, cantor and other related costs. University Library Resources
Seton Hall University alumni are able to use the library facilities and check out books using their Alumni Card. Your status as an alumnus of Seton Hall University also gives you access to a special list of electronic library resources for personal use only. University Computing Services
Alumni of Seton Hall University are permitted to obtain a guest account for the use of on-campus computer facilities by presenting their Alumni ID Card at the circulation desk of Walsh Library or to a technician in any public lab. Use of printing resources on campus requires a print card from the Campus ID office. For hours of operation or more information, call the IT Service Desk at (973) 275-2222.
