Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Endowed Fund Launch Celebration
Thank you to those of us who joined us to celebrate the newly established and first
of its kind endowed scholarship fund to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership
Program and commemorate the program's rich legacy at Seton Hall.
Our sincerest thanks to Reverend Dr. Forrest Pritchett, Senior Adviser to Provost
on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Program Director, Dr. Martin Luther King,
Jr. Leadership Program & Gospel Choir and Matthew Wright ’89, the founding donor and
member of the Seton Hall University Board of Regents.
We are pleased to announce that at the event, over $50,000 was raised in addition
to Matthew's contribution. And, on Seton Hall's fifth annual Giving Day, our generous
community donated an additional $19,000.
